Welcome to Traverse and the Traverse Table Top RPG Beta Test

Please read the following and if you agree to the following terms and conditions click the accept button below. By clicking the accept button below you agree to abide by these contractual terms and conditions. 

Traverse Table Top RPG, and the Cargo Hold Inc. (collectively “Traverse”) will provide you with advanced access to rulebook and creature documentation (the “Rulebook Materials”) for your use to provide feedback and commentary to Traverse in order to identify areas of improvement to the Rulebook Materials (the “Beta Test”).

The Rulebook Materials are proprietary and confidential at this time, and access to physical materials is limited. This is central to Traverse’s business and operations. We at Traverse, need to understand what version any feedback relates to. 

For clarity you can: 

1. Talk about Traverse,
2. Show other people your copy of the Rulebook Materials

You will not: 

1. Transmit any copy of your Rulebook Materials to anyone else.  

If you want someone else to have a copy of the Rulebook Materials, please invite them to Join the Traverse Beta Test so that they can have a copy of the Rulebook Materials of their own, and that we may know what version they are using. 

You agree to abide by any conduct rules or regulations set out by Traverse in the Traverse Discord Server. Such rules are subject to change without further notice. 

Breach of this agreement may result in your removal from the Beta Test, as well as the seeking of equitable, injunctive, or any other rights or remedies to prevent any disclosure or further disclosure of Traverse’s proprietary and confidential materials and damages that may result. You hereby agree that Traverse would be entitled to immediate injunctive relief and will not oppose the seeking of such relief in any jurisdiction. 

Traverse is providing you with the Rulebook Materials for purposes of the Beta Test, and for no other purpose. TRAVERSE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS AS TO FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE, COMMERCIAL OR OTHERWISE, AND ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY OF ANY KIND FOR HOW YOU USE THE RULEBOOKS OR ANY LOSSES THAT MAY RESULT FROM THIS USE.
